The AceObrRepository embedded in the gogo bundle can be used as a Bnd(Tools)
plugin allowing developers to use an ACE OBR as a writeable/release repository.
However, as the gogo bundle embed bnd code this may conflict with other bnd
libs on the flat ANT classpath during an offline build.
Therefore this could should be split out into a separate clean bundle.
