The Repository Admin sends out an event when the repository has been committed.
It uses the topic REFRESH for this, but the same topic is used when checking
out or reverting the repository.
When receiving such an event, it is unclear what happened.
This can be improved by:
1. Using an additional topic for each of 'commit', 'checkout' and 'revert';
2. Specifying this as a property.
