When uploading a large number of artifacts (using drag and drop in the add
artifact window) you currently get an error message for each failure. A common
use case is when uploading a set of artifacts that partially already exist in
the OBR. This requires you to dismiss a lot of messages. Instead, it would be
more convenient to only get a summary of all such messages at the end, so you
only have to dismiss one message.
