J.W. Janssen resolved ACE-323.
------------------------------
Resolution: Implemented
Assignee: (was: J.W. Janssen)
Two improvements made:
1. when an update fails, and there is no newer update available, do not attempt
to reinstall the failing update;
2. refactored the update code for the deployment package as well as agent
updates now use the same logic.
[~marrs] or [~bramk]: could you please do a little review on this?

> The management agent currently keeps retrying a version of the software, even
> if the previous attempt failed. It could probably become smarter and not
> retry a version that failed (since the contents of that version cannot
> change). Or maybe at most, retry once after a restart of the framework. It
> should of course retry an even newer version.
> This probably also means we need to refactor some of the flow and/or tasks
> that are currently being executed.
