J.W. Janssen resolved ACE-384.
------------------------------

    Resolution: Implemented

Implementation committed in rev 1527522.

The solution is to store the sizes of artifacts when they are uploaded. Added a
HEAD implementation in the DeploymentServlet to estimate the total size of the
DP based on the sizes of the individual artifacts + 10% to create some head
room for size deviations due to RPs.

[~bramk] | [~marrs] : could you do a review on this?

> Add support for deployment package size estimations on the server.

> A management agent currently cannot ask for the size of a deployment package
> upfront. It might need that to calculate if this would be a good time to
> update. We should add sizes of artifacts (as attributes) and make sure we
> also add those to the deployment repository so we can calculate (for normal
> deployment packages and fix packages) the approximate size of the resulting
> deployment package.
