Description: You can associate artifacts to features by simply DnD, but you
can not drop directly artifacts onto the artifacts panel. Instead, you've to
open the "Add artifacts..." window and drop the artifacts there. It would be
nice if the artifacts could be dropped directly onto the artifactspanel instead.
