J.W. Janssen resolved ACE-412.

Resolution: Fixed
The proposed patch only solved the problem partially, so did not apply it
as-is. Instead, modified all places where BSNs were handled to remove any
parameters from the BSN.
Added tests were appropriate and did some monkey testing in the web UI to
verify this behaviour.
