Marcel Offermans resolved ACE-361.

Resolution: Fixed
Added our own KEYS file, starting with a subset of the keys in Felix (leaving
in all committers of ACE who had a key on file there). It can now be found in
our root svn folder (where 'trunk' and 'site' are). I also published it to our
'dist' location. Finally, I adapted the script Bram made to point to the new
location.
