The DeploymentServlet currently does not always set the Content-Length of the
deployment package. This makes that the agent cannot correctly determine the
number of bytes it should download and when it is ready downloading.
A quick glance indicates that we might need to leverage the use of
{{ContentRangeResponseWrapper}} for this...
