Marcel Offermans resolved ACE-439.

Resolution: Fixed
Applied the patch and:
* removed the "extra" API package that was being exported via the system bundle
as I don't see a need for it when the agent itself exports it as well;
* added extra usage information when printing the help;
* only prints the help now if you ask for it;
* to supply a configuration file, use a command line option '-c';
* tries to guess its own jarname when printing usage information (not fool
proof, falls back to an internal default).
