Description:
The menus are broken using chrome on https://ace.apache.com. The javascript
console claims:
[blocked] The page at https://ace.apache.org/ was loaded over HTTPS, but ran
insecure content from http://code.jquery.com/jquery.js : this content should
also be loaded over HTTPS.
