ACE-366 / r1504472 added a patched snapshot of the OSGI repoindex tool. A
future upgrade to an official upgrade would possibly brake some functionality.
Specifically, support for arbitrary resource types and recursive indexing.
For future reference; The dev branch [0] in my fork contains all patches that
where applied to the snapshot. This issue is here so we do not forget.
