I aggree to the intention of this issue and would also prefer having the ACE
Java client API implementation including the Workspace in one client project.
My usecase will be to provide a customized UI and REST service.
And for this usecase there is no adequate starting point. I would have to reuse
the Workspace part of the *.client.rest project etc.
