Resolution: Won't Fix
Issue was open for 4 years now, with no activity. Shell support has made it
easy to create a script that takes arbitrary lists of artifacts (such as a
Karaf feature) and create an ACE feature out of it, but so far nobody has
implemented this. Closing the issue now.
