ACE uses its own whiteboard-style implementation for registering servlets with
the HTTP service. This implementation does not provide support for supplying
initialisation parameters to servlets, like the Felix Whiteboard service does.
This makes it not trivial to supply a fix for ACE-472.
Either we should replace the ACE whiteboard service with the one from Felix
(breaks existing deployments) or we should extend the ACE whiteboard service to
support initialisation parameters.
