The `org.apache.ace.builder` provides a nice API for creating
DeploymentPackages, but it does not allow you to sign the result.
For Felix DeploymentAdmin, a similar API exists (used in the tests) which is
able to sign the resulting deployment packages. We might leverage that code for
this situation.
