Apollo should log errors trigerring an ERROR frame

By default, Apollo should log all errors. This includes situations where it
decides to return an ERROR frame.
For instance, with the default settings, sending a message with destination:foo
makes Apollo send the following frame:
ERROR
message:Internal Server Error
but it does not log any error in its logs.
(BTW, a more explicit error message would be welcome...)
