<p>This is a new major release of ActiveMQ-CPP, a few bugs have been fixed
that were found in the v3.7.0 and v3.7.1 releases which should reduce memory
consumption and improve overall stability. Several compilation fixes were made
as well so things should be better on a number of platforms. Also some new
APIs were added to the CMS API to provide an event based construct to listen
for addition and removal of destinations on the Broker. Fixes of note:</p>
