Remove unnecessary commercial providers
The TytoEASE website (i.e. tytoease.com) just has a place-holder from a
domain registrar. Upon further investigation TytoEASE was dissolved in 2015.

The Media Driver link (i.e. http://mediadriver.com) redirects to the HYTE
website (i.e. https://hyte.io/). There's no need to list both of these.
