_The UK spouse visa allows the married partners of the UK to move to the UK and
settle there as they are married to someone who is already settled there and is
a citizen of the UK._

application to the United Kingdom Border Agency\{UKBA}. The processing time can
be different depending upon the country where the application is made._
_The fiance visa category allows a person who already has 'settled status' in
the UK to bring their partner to join them in the UK. Settled status means that
the person is born in the UK and has no immigratio restrictions in the UK.In
the UK_ _Fiance visas there are no requirement for the applicant partner and
the sponsor partner to have lived together before making an application._
