Improve performance of IntSequenceGenerator (#2408) (#2422)
This adopts the same approach as LongSequenceGenerator and uses an
Atomic field updater to avoid using synchronized.
The sequence generator is used by ResponseCorrelator so the existing
tests will catch any errors.
