### Description
I created a new operators for GCP Vision:
- CloudVisionAnnotateImageOperator
- CloudVisionReferenceImageCreateOperator
- CloudVisionAddProductToProductSetOperator
- CloudVisionRemoveProductFromProductSetOperator
In addition, I refactorized previous operators to simplify their logic.
