   Using Breeze as developing environment it is annoying to see all the 
defaults connections and the sample dags.
   I would be nice to have them removed by default, but to keep Breeze backward 
compatible (aka to not disrupt the current CI process built) I propose to use 
specific flags to skip the creation of those objects, plus a flag that covers 
all of them.
   
   This PR introduce
   
   ```  
     --skip-example-dags
             Airflow example dags will not be included.
   
     --skip-default-connections
             Airflow Default Connections will not be created.
   
     -T, --skip-tutorial-objects
             Default Connections and sample dags will not be created. Use this 
to have a clean
             Airflow without tutorial objects.
   ```
