@ryw It is not necessary to be included in Airflow 2.0. We can do it in any version. After that, I realized it would be a problem for my users. My users use Git/GCS sync to sync plugins, and this can be problematic after making this change. For this reason, if we would like to add this change, it should be activated by the feature gate.
