lens7 opened a new issue #11371:

   I am working on Google Cloud and now particularly on Google Composer, which 
is under hood Apache Airflow, but the instance we create works for sometime and 
then we get this scheduler error, and hence nothing is moving forward on any 
Dag or any flow.
   Please help fix this issue on GCP particularly.
