So these aren't related to datasync, they are other AWS services / code which is affected by the bump in moto version. Maybe they have a regression or perhaps the tests are broken our side. We'll have to figure out how each service is supposed to work, verify the tests, and then check what moto / the Airflow code is doing. Could take a while :) Suggestions welcome - eg maybe we should put these other fixes into a new PR?
