We removed a bracket in https://github.com/apache/airflow/commit/bdd5e0bd7f049e3deee7626af430f4fbe6999737#diff-63bd641104d10e25f141d518a16b22a151d125e12701df2f9e79734b23b90188 due to which one of the conditions for CodeQL javascript has changed by mistake, so it is trying to run `git checkout HEAD^2` for merged commits too instead of just running it on PRs. <!-- Thank you for contributing!
