Add `session_parameters` optional argument to the Snowflake hook to make it possible using the hook with every supported [snowflake session parameters](https://docs.snowflake.com/en/sql-reference/parameters.html). For example if we want to tag the queries that was ran by this hook then we can initialise the hook by: ``` snowflake = SnowflakeHook("snowflake_analysts", session_parameters={ 'QUERY_TAG': 'DAG for EndOfMonthFinancials'} ``` --- **^ Add meaningful description above** Read the **[Pull Request Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.rst#pull-request-guidelines)** for more information.
