Hello @Etienne-Carriere @mik-laj -> we started recently seeing those
annoying logs in Airflow 2.0.

OpenTelemetry. OpenTelemetry could not be imported; please add
opentelemetry-api and opentelemetry-instrumentation packages in order to get
BigQuery Tracing data.
