I am a bit lost to what the question was leading to @mik-laj ? Are you point to some other problem you think might be the cause? Any other solution to the problem? Do you think it is wrong solution ? IMHO it does not really matter which network it is. Netcat performing reverse lookup but it is not needed, really.
