We need to revert it as this change broke dependencies. I am removing the need to have "upgrade to newer dependencies" label in https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/13409 so that it won't be needed any more, because overuse of it causes more harm than good (as happened in this case). ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
