I also found this link in the deprecation headers for the experimental API which appears to be broken. https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/70290b9e8638412a234fd16283514bfc74ef6908/airflow/www/api/experimental/endpoints.py#L62 However, I don't know what the correct link should be here.
