This is not only tests - those are dependencies. Which would mean that if we
want to skip particular provider you'd have to skip it entirely
Right now we have a 'blessed' set of dependencies for our CI build. We
should exclude all.such 'bad operators' when it happens from even that. We
already do that for Apache Beam. But i think for Snowflake it will be solved
next week so issue solved
