I am using URI to connect S3Hook. I am following the instruction here:
[https://airflow.apache.org/howto/manage-connections.html]
However, there is slash in my aws_secret_access_key. As a result, S3Hook cannot
parse the URI correctly because it is using the default urllib.parse.urlparse
