**Description** We just initialized the new UI for AIP-38 under `/airflow/ui`. To continue development, it would be best to add a pre-commit hook to run the linting and testing commands for the new project. **Use case / motivation** The new UI already has linting and testing setup with `yarn lint` and `yarn test`.
