We're running into a similar problem on Airflow 1.10.14 with the Celery executor. We aren't running anything on k8s infra. We already have reboots of our scheduler every 5m and that didn't help. The problem did eventually seem to go away on its own but we have no idea how long it was like this. 180 slots in the default_pool, 0 used, 180 queued. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
