FYI. The `providers_manager.py` can be found in airflow installation. In the official Airflow Image (where airflow is installed with `--user` flag) you will find it in /home/airflow/.local . If you install Airflow with regular 'pip install` you will find it in one of the folders returned by `python -m site`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
