   **Apache Airflow version**: master
   
   **What happened**:
   
   If you have a single DAG, half of the new "fast trigger" dropdown is hidden 
on the dashboard and causes a scrollbar in the DAG table.
   
   **How to reproduce it**:
   
   Have a single DAG in your instance and click on the trigger button from the 
dashboard.
