 Review comment:
   Unfortunately official 3.5.2 is based on Debian jessie (8) not stretch (9) 
and it is not good news :( as we cannot even get basic apt-dependencies (it 
fails at apt-get update now). I see the following options:
   
   * We can base our images on slim stretch and add appropriate python version 
on top. That has the nice property that different versions (3.5/3.6) will have 
bigger common layer (we could install apt-dependencies first and python later). 
   * We could simply go back to 3.5/3.6 latest - both are based on debian 
stretch.
   *  or we could build and store in Dockerhub 3.5.2 ourselves based on stretch 
and using official Docker files from python Dockerhub.
   
   @ashb @fokko - Let me know what will be your preference.
