   I looked at the options and the only possible is to make the dir 
world-writeable. It could also work with group = 0 ... almost. The mssql-2019 
is - similarly to airflow - OpenShift compatible and runs everything with group 
= 0. But for that we would have to change the "group" of the mounted volume to 
0, which we cannot do without sudo (most regular users will not belong to 
'root' group in Breeze (where this is most uncomfortable). We could do some 
tricks with creating this group-writeable root-group-owned volume by running it 
via another container but It would complicate it  a lot. Just  making this 
single directory world-writeable is probably the best we can do.
