existing runs the SerializedDag table is cleaned up and because of this the DAG 
no longer shows up on the UI.
   
   Can you check the filter configurations at the top of the table - 
All/Active/Paused? Their status is saved in cookies and you can keep these DAGs 
hidden.

   When you select "All", you should see deleted and active DAG in UI. If not, 
then we have a bug in the Web UI.
