We are actually running into the same issue here as well. Sometimes our tasks aren't running long enough before they fail and don't get an external_executor_id. Then once we restart them in the webserver (when they don't have an `external_executor_id`), it still get's killed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
