@ashb which configuration do you mean? i have the same issue with @wanderijames on my Docker Swarm setup. My webserver & worker containers have identical configuration. Worker has a few other packages installed in it. They share the same secret. **Edit:** I thought you meant fernet key by secret key. I understood that you actually meant `AIRFLOW__WEBSERVER__SECRET_KEY`.
