Review comment:
       Can this not be defined like this instead?
   
   ```python
   class DagFactory:
       def __init__(self, dag_id="test_dag", **kwargs):
          # what's currently in __call__
   
       # __enter__ and __exit__ are unchanged
   
   return DagFactory
   ```
   
   This is easier to reason with IMO.
