I seem to be getting the same error with `apache-airflow==2.0.0`? Should I create a new issue? In my case, I successfully ran `airflow dags backfill` and now can't run `airflow dags test` without getting this error, unless I delete the entire DB and start again. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
