Upon further research I have found term `collate` that seems to be set to case insensitive `utf8_general_ci` by default for connection, database and server. I'm currently checking why and what defines it. Perhaps, good addition might be to explicitly specify collate in Airflow schema creation scripts if it's not there yet. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
