As part of [16634](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/16634), we also should have some documentation changes. I was not really sure whether we should do: 1. A comparison between the permissions in Airflow 2.{0,1} and Airflow 2 in the table 2. A small message at the top indicating the permissions changed with Airflow 2.2.
