After starting a fresh installation of Airflow 1.10.3, I see the UI is "stuck"
loading Recent Tasks and DAG Runs in the /admin/ page.
I see no errors in the logs (logging_level and fab_loging_level set to INFO) or
in the browser console, so I don't know how to provide more details.
Attached is a screenshot of what I see.
