For core Airflow 2.2.0, yeah, it's just a docs change. It's my
understanding that the docker stuff is `main`-centric, e.g. if we released a
2.1.5 later it would also not have `AIRFLOW_GID` as well, meaning the 2.2.0
change is really just the docs.
