I'm afraid we don't support Docker compose v2 yet because it has too many bugs. For example, Kerberos integration does not work due to https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/8742 We also have problems with env file: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/18725 I recommend that you stay with v1 until it is stable.
